I have my replacement DE motor in my garage now and im exploring options of things i can/would want to do before i go ahead with the swap and i hear tells of people converting a DE motor to a VE by swapping the heads, so i guess my questions are as follows:

What all is involved with swapping it over (parts, fabrication, ect necessary)?
How expensive of a conversion is it?
How much time would be involved in the conversion?


Thats all i can think of for now, i tried a few searches for this but couldnt find any answers for those questions. Thanks for the help people.
