i got a p10 g20 ecu in my 200sx its from a a/t trans ecu. it revs up freely up to 7500K but still has speed limiter.. what could be the cause of this?

I don't know, But I also have an A/T G20 ECU in my 200. I don't have a speed limiter and I rev to 7500.

So it's not the fact that it's an auto ECU

7500k? Wow, talk about a high revving engine :D

The speed limiter isn't set by revs but the speed of the vehicle as far as I know. I didn't think any of the G20 ECU's had a fuel cut off point.

- it will go near 125 then it cuts off and drops the rpms to 4500K and stays there at about 110 no matter how far i have the pedal down

I've heard this one before.

G20 ECU in a 200. Hits 125ish at the top of fourth iirc, and it backs way off. There's a thread about it but it was awhile back.
