Need to get some struts and shocks for my 200sx. Was doing some research on the forum and read several posts about how b13 front struts will give you some additional travel. But there seems to be some dissenting opinions on this, with some saying it only gives more travel with coilovers.

What are the specs in comparison (b13 & b14)? It looks to me like you would only benefit if the top of the strut housing (where the rod enters) is lower on the B13 strut, assuming spring perch heights are identical.

So I guess the critical measurement would be from the spring perch to the top of the strut housing. Anyone have any measurements? Also are they valved with the same dampening abilities?
