Well boys if all goes well I'll be a new member in your forum for good and with purpose...

I found a tight little NX that has had a ton of miles put on it but extremly well maintaned...

Need a lil help with something... She'll be getting a full treatment... So.. ease of install and bang for the buck... Which motor??? The Bluebird?? or The GTi-R???? Money is a concern... but I'll be intent on getting what needs to be done done...

Let me hear back from anyone that has done the SR20DET install and tell me which one you used and why you chose it... and how hard the install was...

Thanks in advance...

The BB is cheaper and easier to install, but the GTi-R has more power!!!

I'll find out everything else in a few months when I do the install on my NX.

the GTi-R is also about double the price of a bluebird, so you could get the BB, and then spend the $ on building that up and have more power that the GTi-R would have. also, the BB is pretty much a directs swap, where the GTi-R would be a much harder install. They outline the bluebird install in the november, maybe december 2001 issue of sport compact car. Aslo, dont rule outthe SR20VE for the non-turbo sleeper effect
