I just got my car back a couple days ago... I had the JWT ecu retuned for apexi 550cc injectors (that flow tested to 615 cc) and a z32 maf. I start to turn up the boost and the car is hitting fuel cut at 13-14 psi. Also, usually after I make a few pulls to build boost, the car will all the sudden start to sputter and miss and it wont let me build boost. Its like the gas pedal is doing nothing because the car doesnt move and the boost gauge wont even get to 0. If you clutch in the car dies immediatley, and I have to wait a little bit, the car finally evens out, and I can build boost fine again. What the hell is going on? I am going to have the car ona wideband on tuesday, but i cant see that the air/fuel would be so far off with JWT ecu that the car would have these problems. I am thinkling maybe I have a bad MAF? please post with ideas!!

check your maf and tps voltage. For the hell of it, i would try pluggin in a stock ecu, nothing will happen except running piss rich.

yea I dunno. I am thinking either the MAF is bad or JWT possibly re tuned my ecu wrong.

had the same problem and it came out to be my MAF....double check everything (being ALL the way connected) or it could very well be that JWT reprogrammed it wrong...they have been known to do that...

Make sure the ECU is well plugged into the connector. It's happened more than once.

if the ecu wasnt plugged in all the way woulkd the car even start?

i called JWT today and they told me to check my fuel pressure and make sure its at 43.5 psi and to see how much it goes down once the car is off. if they said if it drops down a lot then I most likley have a mangled O ring on the injector. Which would cause the car obv. to dump in all the extra fuel. But if I had a bad O ring wouldnt the car run bad all the time? same thing with the MAF... If it were bad wouldnt the car run bad all the time as well?
Please check and monitor the MAF voltage and fuel pressure. Then work from there.
