Ah yes.. home depot couplers.. What size IC piping is that 2inch? Looks clean.
SERprise In WV 04-04-2002, 08:07 AM Looks good, Steve! :D
For a B14, that is. ;)
sr20ser1997 04-04-2002, 09:22 AM Very nice... are those 95-97 tail lights? they don't look like those bubble 98-on lights.. Good job!! :D
TurbochargedSER 04-04-2002, 09:28 AM Looks Good!
UcLaGeE 04-04-2002, 10:24 AM what kind of rims and how big are those? looks sweeet.....
SE-Rious B14 04-04-2002, 12:00 PM Looks awesome, welcome to the turbo side :)
brian 04-04-2002, 12:39 PM it won't open for me, but I am probably just dumb :)
Rockwood 04-04-2002, 02:30 PM those are 17x7.5 Kosei K1s. 16 lbs each, IIRC
wouldn't recommend them for a B13 if oyu have one though, too wide for your inferior wheel wells :p
Rockwood 04-04-2002, 02:31 PM yeah 2 inch piping, the outlet pipe from the turbo is 1.5" for about 6 inches or so, then flanges out to 2" piping.
despite the FMIC setup, there is still almost no lag.
Rockwood 04-04-2002, 02:44 PM in case anyone is wondering, my list of mods are as follows:
Avenir T25 and manifold
SR20DEV 2.5" downpipe
3" catback
2" Rockwood Motorsports Intercooler Piping :p
Forge Motorsports Intercooler
JWT computer (of course)
370CC injectors
Tomei Cams
17x7.5 Kosei K1s with Falken Azenis 225-45-17 (installing tuesday)
ACT HD00 clutch
Motivational Susp
GC Camber/Caster plates
ES Bushings
NU-Tech underbrace
AD22VFs
NISMO radiator and cap
Ginormous stereo
JWT motor mounts
97 tranny w/ LSD
probably a few things left out, one starts to forget what was stock and what isnt.

domiguy 04-04-2002, 07:48 PM yeah man, you need to put them up like on www.sr20de.org... or I can also host some pics, but that's free for us.
How much was the downpipe btw?
Rockwood 04-04-2002, 08:34 PM if someone can host my pictures that would be awesome!
the downpipe was done as a favor from biggie, so i got a price most people won't get. i have known him for about 3 years now, so i get friendlier pricing. which i should, as i helped him haul 3 heavy ass refrigerators, a glass display case, and half a house's worth of furniture out of his house last sunday!
Rockwood 04-04-2002, 08:53 PM thanks everybody for the compliments on my turbo project. this list has been invaluable for information for this little project of mine.
i will probably switch to an HKS pr garrett model full BB turbo evetually, a la disco potato. it all depends on whether or not this one iwll propel me into the 12s (doubtful, but possible). i rode in the potato, and all i can say is damn, insta-spool!
sr20ser1997 04-04-2002, 09:58 PM Hmmm.. you seemed to have answered everyones questions but mine... are those 95-97 tail lights? they dont look like bubbles like on 98-on.

are you using a rewired 97 ecu? I'm looking into turboing my 98 SER, you will be my good resource. How much is your setup?
Rockwood 04-08-2002, 04:45 PM well, converting a 98 to a 97 JWT computer is pretty easy, just a little on the costly side. call JWT or SR20Development, they will be able to give you a better idea of price.
if you live in San Diego, you are welcome to check out my ride anytime.
i have the same, stock 98 rear lights that came on the car, i just think the photos didnt make that clear. they are the bubbly breast ones.
