On my 91 Se-r I have the "fuel gauge doesn't read full" symptom. But I also have an open recall on my car for the fuel pump recall. Now my question is, are the fuel pump and sending unit sold as one piece or do they have different part #s? Currently going to tech school my instructor knows a lot of the service managers and I figured that he could talk to them about doing the recall for the fuel pump, though it isn't noisy, so I can get a new sending unit, if they are one unit.
