I am new to this forum and wanted to say hi, and give some background on myself. I am the owner of Terminal Velocity Racing in houma, Louisiana. We specialize in coustom performance work. We are currently building an det 240sx. we are shooting for 600hp! Full engine build JE pistons, crower rods, sleeved block, ported head, s4 cams, springs, titanium retainers, jun head and main studs, sheetmetal intake, 64mm throttle body, coustom intercooler, 75lb injectors, to4e turbo 24lbs boost and an 100shot of nx. we are going with an GM auto trans. That will give you an idea on what we are doing with the car, i'll keep you more updated in the future. I also built the air to water for Travis Burrel's awesome 2001 sentra. He's car is really comming out nice. Well talk latter nice to meet yall.

yeah..that's going to be a slow car...:) You misspelled my name. It's Burelle. Hey....that guy that made me wait 3 weeks for those parts(the guy I bought the motor from)is bitching about me owing him 75.00. hahaha!! I told him that he cost me about 300.00 extra. With shop time and having to buy extra parts... It's in the turbo forum..go check it out..It's under the "check this out" post.

Welcome, Joey. I'll have to pay a visit to your shop next time I'm down in New Orleans. :)
As for your 240... I always had the idea of a bracket car powered by that very same setup. My question: Who did you get to make the adapter for the GM tranny? I figured a 1.76 first gear Powerglide would be the sh!t with the DET, but a TH350 or TH400 would be much cheaper to maintain.
Fill us in on what goes between the DET and the tranny. I'm very curious (and highly interested) in who made that adapter. ;)
