I bought a set of Ksport shocks for them.
I paid it the 20 May. To this day I still haven't got a mail from them giving me my tracking no, after that stated that they will keep me posted.

Everyday I send them about 3 email to reply but with no luck. :confused:

I launched a complaind with paypal with regards to this and today I received a mail stating it was in favour for me but still haven't received my money back!!!

wow same thing happened to me, paypal sucks so don't use it. they will not even help you in regards to filing a small claims suit against the asshole. hope things work out better for you then they have for me. The guy ripped me for $250... Good luck Buddy!

You have been in contact about your refund derm. Also I told you before I empty out customer money of the paypal account as soon as order is placed, so money has to be put back in there and that isn't an over night thing. I have to wait on the money from the vendor because this was NOT my fault and they are taking it up.

i was one of the first buyers of k-sports. got them from these people off a GB on nissan forums the begining of fall i think. they stayed in amazing contact and i never once got the feeling they were trying to BS me. i see you live in south africa....ever thought the massive distance between you and them could be causing some of this? also, they do not stock these peices at their shop, they act as a middle man. so please i can garuntee you they will work it out.

BTW: i was pete? on nissan forums. also, i will continue to recomend anyone buy from them. the group buy was ending and i hadnt sent them my MO yet, they orderd the set any way and told me to send the MO as soon as i could so i could get the low price! think thats crappy service?

It doesn't take that long to get a package over there. I lived there for 3 years. Don't act like he should compromise because of the location. If they had gotten back to him in a reasonable amount of time this would not be an issue.

I appreciated your replay Michelle!!, and will have no problem to clear your name as soon as I have my shocks or money.

This point in time I would rather just have the shocks!!! That about all thaT my project short!

There is no way to be able to do the shocks at this point because I have already filed the proper paperwork with the vendor to retract the kit from customs, and get the refund going. Plus the paypal claim was filed and went through. Sorry for all of this but I don't know of a way to get the shocks to you know with everything else already going through.
