i have an sr20det bluebird motor with all the upgrades.. im planning to change my internal parts.. anyone out there can help me which brands are the best(not too expensive) for my motor..

things to be change:

pistons
piston rings
valves
valve springs
rertainers
headgasket

and also i blew my tranny.. my 3rd gear is gone!!! i have my tranny cryo treated too!! my next step is shotpeening .. i hope this helps..
