I've seen threads on using the gti-r head with a de block, but wanted to know this.

From what I have heard and seen, I will just need to open the head bolt holes on the RR head to fit the gti-r headbolts. Is that it?

This should net me a 8.5:1 compression as well, which is the max efficiency for Garrett turbo's.

Ive used a gtir head on a BB block, works ok, just used the bb bolts, been like that for 2 years, and only using a parts store head gasket, not a nissan one. Oh yea, it makes 330 fwhp, so im not easy on it.
