Just got back to work tonight after two days of training on how to rebuild slush boxes (automatic trannies) to find our turbo SR20 had arrived. I specifically asked for an Avenir or BB engine with an auto tranny, wiring harness, and ecm. Boy did my supplier screw up big time!!!!! (there will be WORDS tomorrow). There , sitting on the floor of the shop beside my bench was an SR20DET with a manual trans, 4 TB's, top feed injectors and a T28. Can you say GTiR!!!!!!!. NO ecm or wiring harness. This going to make things very very dificult (oh yeah, the fuel rail was broken too and they hacked the harness off, so i have all the engine connectors.) So without a harness or ecm what am i to do????
Ideas are welcome(except those about maiming my supplier, thats MY job) Oh yeah no MAF or intercooler either!!!!!

hey, I'm not upset about getting a GTiR, but it would have been nice to get ALL the accesories need to at least run the engine.
Anybody got a wiring harness, fuel rail, ecm and maf they wanna sell??????

I have a full GTI-R harness minus the TPS plug and injector plugs. Your stock TPS plug will work on it ***, and your on your own for finding the top feed injector plugs (should be easy). If you are interested in purchasing it, email me personally at mister2racer@aol.com . If you want to buy it i need to give it a once over just to make sure that those plugs i cut off it are all thats chopped on it.

Even if you get the parts that are missing together, I very highly doubt that the auto tranni will bolt up to the engine. It doesn't match up.
I say sell it as is locally and buy a BB with the money (might have a little extra to play with also).

sorry for the misunderstanding guys. the reason we wanted a blue bird det is because we have tons of usable parts from our N/A project. BB block and head are the same as a DE and we could use the existing wiring harness. This is still going to be a 5spd car. GTiR gives us a whole new ball game and parts could be scarce.
