ER Sports Car Club is holding their first autocross of the season on April 27th - 28th. Saturday is the autocross and Sunday is a driver's school which is mandatory to compete in the Speed Trial on Sunday. For those who don't know about Speedtrials, the courses are alot straighter than autocrosses and your "on the track" for 1 warm up lap, 3 timed laps and then 1 cool down lap. If you've never tried it, I strongly recommend it. I'll be there for sure on Sunday, not so sure about Saturday. It'd be sweet to have an all SE-R section so whoever is interested, respond here or call me at 954-914-1670. Oh, the autocross will be held at the Pompano Harness Track. Whoever wants to go, I'll give them directions.

Autocross $25 members - $30 non-member
Drivers School $30
Speedtrial $40 members - $45 non-member
Club Membership $30 for one year

Hey Danny, I will be coming back to Fort Lauderdale on the 26th, so I will probably show up to the autocross, post directions. I wont run, I just like to come out there and watch :D

Is autocross u just take turns???

Take I-95 to Atlantic. Take Atlantic West until you get to South Pompano Parkway (it should only be a few blocks if I remeber correctly). Make a left at the Parkway and the event should be on your left at Racetrack Dr. I "should" be arriving at 7:30AM I will have my cell. If you guys get lost, call me. 954-914-1670. Remember, I'll be out there on Sunday, not Saturday.
