The headliner in my 1992 is beginning to sag. Has anyone replaced theirs? I have seen headliner kits for $30 on line, but my car has a sunroof and I think its going to be a PITA to install. Unless someone out there can give me some pointers!

I've done this before. And it's not that bad.
I have no sunroof so it was a little easier, but it's pretty straightforward. Unscrew all the screws of the OS handles, visors, rear view mirror, and there are 4 plastic tabs in the rear that need to come out. You also need to pop off the plastic trim for the A-, B- , and C-pillars if I'm correct (it's been a while).
Be REALLY careful when pulling out the old headliner board. It's cheap cardboard and barely fits through the doors, but with a little creative bending you can get it out. An extra person might help here.
You could try to apply the new glue with the headliner in the car, but it's a lot easier when it's out of the car. Make sure the glue is good and put a good deal on, I bought some and it was cheap...it only held for 6 months and started sagging again, but not as bad as before. And try to color match the fabric as much as possible!
Good luck!
I paid a local upholstery shop $80 to replace mine.
For me, it was worth it in exhange for spending four hours laying on my back hassling with it.
If you do it yourself, and you don't replace the actual headliner, at least replace the 1/4 inch of foam that is underneath the liner. It's actually what bonds the cloth to the cardboard. If you just glue the cloth to the cardboard it will sag again pretty quickly.

I did my headliner in 2 hours. I went to the local fabric shop, they have actual headliner material there. Its like $8/square yard. THen i got some 3M spray on adhesive. I glued the whole piece on there then cut the edges and sunroof out later. Any rough edges tuck behind the plastic and the edge ring pieces. All total it was like $20 in parts and not too much of a pain in the ass. I wouldnt pay to have it done unless you want perfection.

Mine started falling apart around the drivers side window about a year ago. I tried repairing it myself but wasn't happy with the results so I ordered one from Nissan ($150) and installed it. I also replaced the sunroof shade while I was at it. Yeah, it's expense, but it looks great!
