Would this be worth the $$$? I am basically replacing any wear parts on my car with aftermarket items (it is still under warranty or another 2 years/40K and I don't want to break it). Shocks, brake pads and rotors are not covered because they are all considered wear items.

Would I get a noticiable increase in handling with the AGX's on my stock springs?

Yes. They are worth the money, you'll love them.

Buy some nice high performance tires while you're at it :)

Definitely go for the AGXs. On stock springs you will still notice a BIG difference.
