I bought the red NX I fixed from some guy in PA off ebay, I payed via paypal and anyways two things have pissed me off:
1. He said it was perfect, it has hail damage on the hood he "forgot" about
2. Its been over a month since I've paid him, he told me there was no lien on the title, so then after a week with no title he tells me there was a lien, and that paypal messed up and he just got the money to pay it off. Then he tells me its a friend's of his and she has to sign it.... Anyways I keep emailing him and get "ya, ok" or "I'll have it soon" as my only response. He didn't respond to my last kind of direct (but not nasty) where the hell is my title email.....
I hope I don't get f*cked!
I just got my credit card bill - should I hold off on paying until I get the title or what??????
Worst case scenario what would I have to do? Part it out? That sucks balls because other than the hood being dinged up this thing is cherry in and out.
