Or the beetle?:biggthump
b13ghini 07-16-2006, 07:07 PM i dont know bout a sr20 in the beetle due to the cooling lines and i would have to fab everything but i am putting a 2.0 ltr in it, plan to get mid to low 14 or high 13 not bad for n/a flat 4 with dual carbs. ill keep yall posted on my progress.

are you going with the porsche engine? 944 i believe?
my father used to be a porsche tech, and he told me that you could drop a porsche engine directly into a beetle. :biggthump
paNX2K&SE-R 07-16-2006, 07:42 PM A 944 engine would be awful difficult since it's a water cooled inline 4. The 914 on the other hand has an air cooled 2.0l flat 4 ;)
