Question.........

The other day I had what sounded like ROD KNOCK. I was told by a mechanic it wasn't that bad and I could get the car home......about 60 miles. On the way, the engine began to lose power then it sounded like something under the valve cover let go.

Does anyone have any How To on changing ROD Bearing and CAM Rollers?

Is this stuff hard to change/ A pain in the A.. or Both?
