I was running the Minimonster (purple 10 sec 400hp miata) at the track. I was nervous as hell because the last run I snapped an axle. A snapped axle and welded diff are not a good combo.. During the burnout I heard a snap (turns out to be bushing noise). I thought it was the axle. We line up stage and go off a sportsman tree. I had been running a pro tree all night and redlighted like hell (.24 light or something crazy. It was because I was nervous about racing the minimonster and that I thought I had a snapped axle. We go and I bogg the hell out of it. I run a painfully slow 2.27 60ft time. He pulled the hell out of me out of the hole( 1.7 60ft.) I start to pass him at the 8th mile (me 97mph him 91.) By the traps I have him killed (redlight helped :D) His map sensor had gone out and was not telling the TEC II how much boost he was actually seeing. But I end up hitting a 11.8 to his 11.7 but I was at 124.7 mph and he was at 119. It was VERY odd to be racing a miata down the track, much less a VERY fast one..

With that MPH I should hit 10's soon once I get the Turbo II diff and axles...

BTW I am living in San Antonio now and helping out at Ric (aka Minimonster's) shop....

I am stilling waiting for my New Hotshot manifold, intercooler piping and downpipe! It should be completed next week sometime! My motor will be installed this weekend or next week! It shoudl be running within the next 2-3 weeks! School will be finished here in about 3-4 weeks, so I will have more time!

That thing is slow Danny! ;) How's San Antonio? We miss you man! Jon and I were trading storys last night...lol. I can't get my damn injectors to seal up. They keep leaking from the bottom O-Ring. I'm about to get some new seals and try that out.
