I just got in my GTi-R BOV, Fuel Rail, injectors, Conn rods, etc. What is the best way to get the BOV, Rail, Injectors ready to install, to get any debris out(if there's any there). Also what's the best way to polish the rail and bov up?

I usually use Brake Parts cleaner on the outer surface of some metals! You can use it on the fuel rail and rods! You may want to clean the injectors and blowoff valve with something else!
