I went to Magnecor's website and they list two different part numbers for the wire sets. I was wondering if there is really any difference in the two. Wouldn't 8.5mm wires be 8.5mm wires for the engines? TIA.

I think the difference is the way they fit in the valve cover. But I'm not sure.

If they are long enough. I think the wholes in a GA16 and SR20 VC are pretty much the same size.
