Speaking strictly as airflow, isn't 10 psi on a t25 the same as 10 psi on a t28? Isn't 15psi the same on a t28 as 15psi on a t3/to4e? Why do some with "15" psi get more power with "xx" turbo then the same "15" psi with a smaller/different turbo? Is it the heat the turbo generates as it compresses the air? Less heat=more power? Right?

Also, since boost is measured at the manifold, wouldn't 10 psi really be like 12psi @ the turbo with a huge intercooler/piping and a t25. Cause doesn't the intercooler suck up some of the efficiency, or am I not thinking correctly?

Not at all! Imagine this: Try blowing through a straw as hard as you can! Now, blow as hard as you can through a 1" PVC pipe! Which do you think will flow more? Which one will have the most restriction! The larger the turbo is the more air it will move!

I know that the bigger the turbo the more air it will flow. But at the same 10 psi, will a t28 make more power then a t25? All other things equal, just the difference in turbo's. If so, why?

10psi on one is not the same amount of air as 10psi on the other, due to differences in CFM.......... i think, lol

I think the difference is in the volume they can hold/move. You can put 1oz of water in a cup and 1 in a tub and they are still the same amount. However the tub can hold more water. Don't know if that is a good example. Maybe a river and a stream is a better example.

10 psi only refers to how much the air is being compressed. The T28 flows more air at any given time than a T25 given equivalent boost. Therefore, the T28 will make more power.
