What do you guys run on your sr20, platinum plugs or regular plugs. The G20 recommands platinum, but they are 11 bucks a pop, regular is 2 bucks. Is it worth the money? I mean i can change the plugs every 20K rather than 40K

hmm.. you could use the copper, and change them every 20, and you wont feel as much power.. but they work enough to still kick ass. i used both ** depending on how much money i have during the time

Eh, what do you mean you won't feel as much power? I don't think the Platinums make more power.

Thats true they dont, the only advantage to having the platinum plugs is that they last longer. Just buy the copper ones unless you want to spend more to get the platinums.

Thats what I heard too. The only advantage Platinum has is that it last longer. I think there's a saying that platinum is actually HARDER to burn due to their structure. So if you dont drive the car hard enough, it might be bad. What do you guys think? Should I go with the copper on my G20? What is the part # for them?

Think about it guys. Copper conducts better than Platinum.

Thats what I thought, its easier to burn copper than platinum. So let say you run it at low rpms all the time. You would just cause problems because you dont run it hot enough to take full advantage of it. Hmm did that make sense? hehe
