I am building a new turbo motor and I was wondering how much horse power or boost the det rods can hold. Also compared to Eagle or Crower which one would be the best choice. My goal is about 400-450hp. Let me know thanks

The stock rods have been know to hold up to 425-450 whp! The Eagle Rods have not been released yet! They are supposed to come out sometime this year and are supposed to be under the $500.00 range!
Crower and Pauter make an Off the Shelf rod! They run about $675.00-$695.00. Carrillo and Cunningham both make custom rods for the SR20. I believe these run about $700.00-$795.00.
Good luck with your project!

the stock bottom end can take 400+whp with the necessary precautions, I have some GTi-R rods which are stronger than the stock DE and DET ones for sale, just make me an offer at JCGator42@yahoo.com if you are interested,

Meaning: That the carry them in stock and already manufactured!
Cunningham and Carrillo actually have to manufacture them!

Now are the Gtir Rods the same as the det rods? And Can I use the det caps and bolts the for the gtir rods. Is there special bearings that need to be used?

Ths GTiR DET rods are different than the DE rods. You will need GTiR Bearings which will have to be imported in or purchased from JWT unless you have another source!

The bearings can be ordered from a Nissan Motorsports dealer which is Malvern Racing in Virginia (434) 971-9668. Great guy and good service, just that they dont pick up the phone much. He got my bearings and rear and front seals, should be in next week.
