: Sweet Deal on front Grill
2wdBlazer 04-16-2002, 08:31 PM I found a sweet price on a grill from the Almera. Here is a pic if you are unfamiliar. http://www.se-r.net/about/almera_gti/gti22.jpg . Here is the copy of the e-mail on my contact.

Hi,
My suppliers only have a listing for the Almera. Cost of the standard grille is £49.46 ($70.99 US) including
standard air mail delivery to the US
Hope this info helps
regards
Phil

DaGenesis 04-16-2002, 08:39 PM can he get us the lucino electric folding mirrors? -- ones that fold in when you pull the e-brake, or turn off the car
2wdBlazer 04-16-2002, 09:13 PM I don't know. You guys will have to e-mail him. I inquired about this grill before I got a really good deal on a Stillen. I researched it now you guys buy it. :D
Mike sr20de 04-16-2002, 10:49 PM i just got my 98 sentra grille painted and installed!
especse_r 04-17-2002, 05:07 AM Pretty nice grill, but i am happy with my Stillen grill though

Tigermiata 04-17-2002, 08:54 AM Interesting grille, but can you get the entire hatchback body???? :) I recall back in 1996, just having bought our SE-R and using an Almera GTI pic as my computer wallpaper.
One of the things I miss about not having any VW GTi's in the household anymore is the lack of a hatch.
I'd presume that swapping all the parts from an SE-R to an Almera "body in white" would be a killer in time and/or money, though.

I think you would just have to import an Almera! That would probably be the cheaper thing to do.
martin_g34 04-18-2002, 01:56 AM I'm almost positive that that grill will not fit on our cars. I was in contact with a place in New Zealand and they sent me some measurements. The grill is about three inches too short. I guess you could get the whole front end, but I am sure that the grill wont fit with our headlights

blairellis 04-18-2002, 09:49 AM i dont mean to take over this thread but would the front bumper work at all? that would go good with a FMIC
2wdBlazer 04-18-2002, 11:39 AM I am almost positive that that whole front end will bolt on. It is a B-14.

so you would have to order the whole front end then? or could i get away with just the bumper?
2wdBlazer 04-22-2002, 08:55 AM Whatever you want. Each piece would be seperate and should interchange.
martin_g34 05-01-2002, 02:40 PM So have you gotten your grill yet? And if so, doest it fit?
Martin
2wdBlazer 05-01-2002, 04:06 PM I posted that for other 200sx owners. I ended up getting a used painted Stillen grill for $40 so I couldn't pass up that deal. I guess nobody liked this grill?
martin_g34 05-01-2002, 04:23 PM I love that grill and was going to get one. But from the measurements that my supplier gave me, it wouldn't fit without buying the headlamps. Did you get some different info?
2wdBlazer 05-01-2002, 09:25 PM no. I would suggest being a guina pig or e-mail that contact i supplied. I'm just passing on the info found. I would love to see somebody try it.
