Very small gains for the amount of work it takes and the cost. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Retail is almost $400 plus shipping to Extrude Hone. They will give a discount to SERCA members I believe. That will bring the price down to the low $300s. Thats a lot of money for a little gain, at least on a NA car.

Maybe there would be bigger gains on a turbo or nitrous car.

FYI, if you have emissions concerns this manifold (at present) will not work as there are no EGR, etc. provisions. I know because I was going to get one from him. There may be hope for the future on this front though.

Rob is currently working on incorporating these things onto his short runner manifold for me. If it works, we'll have the best of both worlds.

Any possibility of getting one dyno tested so we can see for sure what the power gain would be? Other guy was right, it would be nice to have someone make a good intake manifold cause Honda's got so many aftermarket choices now. You know, with the SR20's becoming so popular, I wonder what it would take for someone like Jackson Racing to a do a supercharger kit for that matter.

Like I said, if you are in a State w/ emissions concerns, you are out of luck if you get this at present. Hopefully he will be successfully modifying it to incorporate the emissions stuff. They are pricey too.

Wow! A 45 hp gain in a turbo car for just the Stage 1??!! I guess that would translate to about a 20hp gain in a non-turbo SR20. Would be great to have the emissions stuff, though, since most people can't get away with it not having it on there. Any idea what the cost is on one of those?

I think you'll need another $750. Check on this, but I believe it was in the ballpark of $900.

I haven't been able to post in about a week due to the forum's problems.
Anyway, to answer some of your questions.
The manifold doesn't come with a fuel rail. It is meant for either the JWT/FTF Motorsports fuel rail or the stock unit.

The price of the manifold is $550 for Stage I. It is $800 for Stage II.

The total horsepower gain was 49.9 WHP!

Jackson Diamond has the first prototype Stage II manifold for the low port years.

Emission issues are in the process of being resolved. I sent a unit to Andreas and he modified it for street use. I am waiting for his results and hopefully incorporate them for legality purposes.

I really don't think that either of the two units should be considered "pricey". Take a look at the other options. They range from $1000 to $1800 and I don't think that they have backed up any gains on the dyno. It is a very competitively priced product with phenomenal welds and details. I realize it's not for everyone, but those who I consider hard core, power hungry, horsepower fiends...this product is exactly for you.

Who wants one?
The line starts behind Greg Perry.;)

Is this for the intake manifold??? It did 49.9 to the wheels?? Was that for the Stage 1 or the stage 2? Also If i do get it will it bolts right up. Will it also be ok for a daily driven car?

That was the Stage II unit. What are you utilizing for your set up? I have it on my daily driver and so can you.
