Will the SPEC-V seats fit in the B14? I really need to know before I buy them. Thanks guys

Yeah he finally did. Now I just need to find out if they will fit. Do you really think we can make them fit?

The seats are totally different, *but* I have a hunch the bolt pattern is the same. There are 4 bolts holding the seats to the floor, odds are Nissan kept the same locations. If you noticed the Spec V interior dome light is the same as a 91 SE-R.

That's a good question. Now you've got me wondering whether they would fit in a B13 SE-R! I do like the look of them, though most car mags that have done reviews seem to disagree.

Well if they fit the B14, definately fits the B13.

i think they will, even if we have to drill new holes, we can use your rails that you have on your car right now.. but im pretty sure its direct bolt on.

I'll let you know for sure, I'm hoping that someone here or on the list know if they'll fit, or meet up with someone with a SPEC-V to test fitment. Hell I'll just probably go to the dealer and take dome measurements. How are the brakes by the way?

the brakes are good.. too bad it isnt the BB hehe.. but ill get there.. i guess i should just save for the engine.. right?!?!

How much did you pay the guy for the seats?

$400, I thought that was a fair price for both seats. The good thing is that if they don't fit or if I change my mind, nothing is on paper. He just told me that it's gonna be 2-4 weeks before I can pick them up. So I have some time to think about it.

They were on e-bay but the guy was cool enough to give them to me eventhough the 'reserve' price wasn't met. But I'm gonna find out at the dealer how much they go for tomorrow.

Hey guys, I was just reading in the V-forum that a lot of those guys are having problems with their seats fraying on the bottom and on the sides. Looks like I'm gonna have to pass up on those seats. I'm not gonna pay $400 for seats that are gonna wear out that quickly.

Before i left washington i picked my nissan parts guy brain. Anyway he said that the seats will fit in ant nissan car that has a factory option for a power seat. He also said it should fit in any b14, and b13, but the seat will sit up higher.

Im was thinking about Corbeau Carreras...red and black. They aren't too expensive and look pretty good.
