Anyone know of anyone thats done this/a web site with pics/info?

I don't know much about those NX's, I believe they came with the CA16DE though right? So shouldn't be that bad given you could:
1. Fit the motor
2. Get the mounts right (in my GA to SR swap in my 200sx looks like only rear center mount is different)
3. Get a wiring harness/ECU from a regular SR car
4. Get axles made to fit


Anyone?


Just toying with a cheap as hell fun car idea.

can and is being done, so far two have been completed (one in Australia, one in the US which there are pic's for, but the site is undergoing some remodelling), I'm number three and am about three weeks out...

Hmm... This has always been in my mind, but I never bothered to ask... Anyone ever tried getting an SR20DET into a Nissan Axxess, if anyone remembers what that was? IIRC, it had a KA engine in it.

ugh! the axxess is the ugliest thing ever!...Until the Aztek came out. I think it was officially the Stanza Axxess, because it was based off of the stanza...so I believe too that it has the KA motor in it.

Hummmmmm after I get settled at the house and done with my 200sx I think one of these will be next :-P theres a few in the paper now with either bad motors or bad trannies for less than $500

on the site you will see a few of those swaps. theres a few guys on the forums who would be willing to help you if you need aid as well.

Specifically, try to talk with Rich aka Fatmanracing aka sr20n13 (I think), or Fireballs, they've both been verified.

ya, a good cusomer of ours has this swap done :) and ya, it was just called the axxes, and ya, I do laugh when people call in for them. not funnier than the awd stanza wagon though :)
