I am taking my car apart Friday night and taking whatever pieces need the bushings pressed in by a hydro. press with me Saturday. What I need to know is which pieces are they other then the front control arms. I need to know the front and rear pieces please. TIA.

I can tell you from my experience installing Energy Suspension's Hyperformance suspension bushings on my SE-R that you don't need a press to put the bushings in. That's the easiest part. Though, it will make your job easier to remove the front and rear control arm bushings, but even that is not a requirement.

Good Luck on your install,

I got the kit for $114 from suspension.com When you call speak to Bruce or Lori, they are really helpful and know their products. And get this...I'm doing KYB AGX's w/ GC's (375/300 spring rates) along with the ES Hyperflex kit. I already have the motor mounts and shifter bushing in. After that then the grand finale!!!! I get to drop my 200sx rims with Falken Ziex on the car. Oh this is going to be so ssccchwweett!! No only if I can fix the fender I mangled last weekend with the tire into the curb incident. Pics definitely to follow.

I just bought the ES torque mount inserts for the motor mounts. Do these need to be pressed in? I got them for 28.99 at my local shop.

silversx,

I've got the ES torque mounts in my SE-R also and they do not need to be pressed in. Liberal amounts of WD-40 will help though.

Got the rims from se-r.net. I just kept my eyes open and fought tooth and nail to get them. I might have the name and e-mail address of someone else who is selling a set from when I was looking to get them.

Cool guys, thanks for all of the info. I think I'll try to put those in first tonight and if I can't get them in I can always take them to like a Firestone or Merchant's right? Thanks again.
