there are plenty of sites over there in Europe, even some forums. Only problem is some don't speak very good english

ya, it looks like they are going to have it in english soon, but its under construction for now.

I believ that that site has been working on the english part for at least 6 months, i dont think that they will be changing that anytime soon.
