I have been using ngk bkr7e's for a long time, but im now having a problem with blowing the spark out, even with gap as small as .025-.028.
So what spark plugs are some of you other high-hp turbo guys using?

If your blowing the spark out with them gapped so low could it be that your ignition system is showing its age?
Do you have good rotor, cap, leads? how about your coil?

Its not the plugs you need some sort of ignition upgrade running more than 13-14 psi.

BKR7E's can light off a Saturn 5, I love those plugs.
I'd suggest getting a better coil, you can test the wires for resistance as well. I would suggest Taylor wires, they have excellent construction and are good enough to carry the current required by a 2000+ BHP methanol blower motor.
Distributor ignitions are so easily upgraded. You might also try running a full 12v signal to the coil. I know several KA24DE-T's have done this with good results.

How much boost are you running? You should have no issues anywhere below 12psi or so. I run NGK plats, heat range 7 and have them gapped at 0.038 and no misfires at 12 psi.
It's very possible, as already suggested, that the other ignition components are worn out.
