does anyone know if its possible to get and install aftermarket bulbs into our foglights. I don't want to take them out, I just want to make the beams white.

I have done it..it makes a nice improvement over the 35 watt stock ones...its pretty easy to do as well..

I guess I'll buy another set of H3 PIAAs. But if I'm getting the 55W ones, that supposedly look like the 85W, I wonder if that will work or will I have problems...

I'm running the 85W H3's in the stock fog lamps of both my B14's and have had no problems.

Yeah, that is one of the first things I changed on my car. I found that the stock fog lights gave me virtually no usable lighting and figured they were just for show. I changed mine to 55W aftermarkets (closer to white light bulbs), nothing crazy to burn up any wires too, but noticed a huge difference in lighting!!! Now they're not only for show, they can actually be useful!!!!! :cool:

yep...I have 55 watt bulbs in mine as well..alot better...
