well looked at the oil sensor looks good sort of looks like the oil pan seal in one spot then the other is on the driver side...looks like its leaking where its attached to the shift linkage a rubber boot is around it when I pull the boot back looks like it seeping around that? O-rings in there? Know more about V8 motors this is the first 4cy.....

Yeah there is an O-ring that can leak. Easily replaced.
looks like the clutch linkage coming out of the bell housing were the rubber boot is. Now is that where the o-ring is? If so what to do to change it...was getting ready to yank the motor :p also found out that the oil pan seal is just silicone even from the dealer no wonder it leaks...

Check the rear main for the leakage aroung the bellhousing. If it is leaking at a good rate it will blow back and get that boot on the linkage wet. And for the leak on the front side of the motor make sure your front crank seal is not leaking. This will give the illusion that the oil pan gasket is leaking. I work as a used car tech at a volvo dealership and just about every Nissan that comes in wheather it be a Sentra, Maxima, Altima or whatever most of them have a leaking front crank seal. These are easy to replace but just be careful not to damage the front cover while removing the crank pully. I fucked my friends front cover up on his classic while trying to remove the pulley. Boy was that an expensive lesson to learn! Just my .02 cents.
so, your saying after the motors out when I look in the housing to see the rear seal... Is there a slave cylinder or something for the clutch in the bell housing for it to leak around that piston? dealer already changed crank seal so its not that....

No, on our cars there is no slave cylinder because the clutchs are cable operated not hydraulic. By the way why are you pulling the motor out? If you are doing so just to identify a rear main seal leak then first I would use brake or parts cleaner to clean off all the old oil, drive it for about fifteen minutes then look under the car and see where the oil is coming from. If the rear main is leaking then you should see oil coming from in between the engine and transmission. Hope this helps.
looking alittle more and looks like maybe from up top of the trans where the speedo cable goes in, is that possible to leak? or something up there is possibly, I hate leaks a pain in the #*)@ to find... the cars not plated so will clean it off and let it run and see what happens... its a mess of oil all over the bottom of the car flew over everything... well since I drove it 14hrs like that from colorado....
cleaned all the bottom up...what a mess, took it for a drive and no leaking must half to get pretty hot for the oil to get thinner... havent changed nothing yet looks like I will still do the oil pan $100.67 from the dealer and $20.00 for the silicone seal :) ... looks like its bangged on the corner by the oil plug so the plugs not flush now so possible leak... the other leak on the transmission side cleaned up also but will just watch that one and see...
so now down to the oil pan, oil filter/oil change, windshield , tires and will be ready for the road.......decided to just put minimal money in it to keep it road worthy and keep it as a commuter car... my truck is the money pit :)
