I have a classic SE-R, and I pulled the sunroof out and replaced it with a sheet of aluminum. The problem is I riveted it in place.

It holds great, no leaks, etc, BUT I have these scarry looking jagged rivets 2'' from my head!!! There's got to be a safer way to do this???

How does everyone else attach their sunroof replacement?

I'll have to look at mine when I see it at Mid-Ohio, but I think mine is the same way. Maybe you used too long a rivet?
