Look for any fab shop that has a bead roller that does beading for sheetmetal. If you're in SD, look up some off-road fab shops in El Cajon. Anyplace that does sand rails and prerunners will have a bead roller with the tubing beader roller dies just for that.

H&M Fabrication in San Marcos does some real quality work....big time Trophy Trucks. JD Fab does alot of sand cars and lifts for trucks...they're in Escondido. Jimco race cars in Santee. Stewart's Raceworks in Santee, Weld-Tec in Santee....
Pro-Truck in El Cajon.

Man, I just realized only one of these places is in El Cajon....I guess they all moved away from there. Just do a google search (all of these were off the top of my head) and call 'em up. One or two piece of tube shouldn't be a problem at all....or they could refer you to someplace local to you.

you can get a bead roller from harbor freight for less than the cost of having somebody do it:

^^^ I have an Eastwood beader that we use for aluminum panels. Unfortunately, with the costs of the roller and the special die set you need for tubing beads, the costs will go way over what some guy would charge you for 15 minutes of his time...and that's just to set the tool up in a vise. The rolling itself takes a few minutes per tube if you're being careful.

The die set not included in that kit for tubing beads has one big female die for the outside of the tubing and one little, itty-bitty male die to form the actual bead. That male die has to be small to fit inside the I.D. of a nominal 2" tube. The normal bead rollers for sheetmetal are the same size and can only accomodate a big tube (bigger than intercooler or fluid tubing).

Good thought though.

IMO, not worth the expense of buying the bead roller + dies if you're only going to be using it one one project. May be worth it to buy it if you are doing sheetmetal work and turbo setups more than occasionally. Who knows, you can start up a business and be on the Discovery Channel?:biggthump
