i was wondering if at all possible would i be able to put a xe trunk on my se-r..i like the way the xe looks with no wing but the lights on the se-r are on the trunk. is there any way to run xe lights on my se-r....i have a 91, any advice would be grately appricated..thanks,

There was a limited edition that brought the se-r style lights without the wing. IF you can get yourself that trunk then it would be the best compromise. Personaly my opinion is don't get rid of the inner lights. Thats one of the things that defines the style of the b13 se-r.

yea im assuming that the modle that you are talking about is kinda rare...so i guess im screwd on that..

I have seen GXE in Canada with the extra lights...not sure if it had a spoiler too...what about a Tsuru trunk?

I'd just drill and cut the holes for the inner lights on the XE trunk. It looks so horrible without the inner lights. But yes, you can easily run without the inner lights if you want.

I've thought about adding inner tails to my trunk. But a trunk without lights is less weight! ;)

thats a good idea bro...didnt think about that. but now i wonder if the lights will line up. or if there is enough of an indent on the xe trunk to make the lights on the trunk flush with the lights on the body....i guess not many ppl have thought of this. i must be a rebble:eek2:

The trunk lid on every B13 Sentra, Tsuru, and Sunny ever made is exactly the same.

Most have a black plastic filler piece. Some have inner tails. Some late-model Tsurus/Sentra Clasicos have a still different plastic piece. They all interchange.

Some have holes for the factory spoiler. Some don't.

Same trunk lid underneath. Go to a junkyard and figure it out. Take home what you want, and mix and match. The power is yours.

i have the solution

go to the junkyard and get the GXE trunk.

ironically i have a 1991 sentra XE and accidentally messed up my trunk by backing up into a bulldozer. *thank god i didnt mess up the bulldozer*

so i went to the junkyard and got me a GXE trunk and man the inner lights look sexy

yeah and most of the members are right.....the xe trunk or e trunk without the inner lights are fugly as hell

I think that if you don't like the way your car looks you should drive to my house and sign it over... because this car is hott....

but as for your question my friend... I think that like someone else was saying, the xe trunk just has plastic pieces in the spot where the additional lights for the se-r go... if you need a trunk lid to mess around with for cheap, my neighbor has a 93 xe setting in his back yard... I think he will give me the trunk lid... only problem is that it's black... but hey, you can go rice style and fool people and tell them that it is carbon fiber?... haha... let me know man..
