Will an RX-7 TT fuel pump fit in a 200sx? It is the same size (physically) as a Supra TT. Not sure if you guys have run either of these pumps. I bought it for my Talon but decided I didn't need it for my goals. DSM's can run 15psi on stock pump & injectors.

15 psi on what turbo? You should be planning your fuel on your hp gains, not on your turbo pressure. 15 psi on a T25 is a lot different than 15 psi on a big 16G.

14B is a stock 1st gen Turbo which is what I'm running. 15 psi is proven safe on stock fuel system for my application. I don't intend to mod the Talon past it's current state. I wanna know if I can use this Fuel pump on my 200sx and save a few bucks.

funny you should ask this :) My turbo classic was running a couple of weeks ago on a stock Talon turbo fuel pump. I was trying to diagnose a problem that i thought was a dying pump, and my walbro was still on its way. My talon has a 3000gt pump in it, and the stock one was just sitting there, so i thought "what the hell". The pump sits in a plastic shell in the tank, with a strainer on one end and hose/wires on the other. The talon pump is slightly different in proportion. To make it work, the pickup/strainer points the opposite direction on the se-r, so it had to be stuck on without the locating pin lined up. I used some steel wire to retain the pickup. The rubber isolator/bumper thing at the bottom doesn't line up at all, so it doesn't sit real snugly in the plastic shell, plus the talon pump is just a little fatter. The plastic shell just barely closed around the pump and i ended up putting a couple turns of steel wire around it for good measure.
The verdict: It will fit and work if pursuaded (dunnno about power support), but i would hardly call it a good solution. I think you are just as likely to have one of the mods fail (pickup falling off, plastic case popping open) as you are to have the stock se-r pump fail. I'd just pony up for the walbro. Its cheap and readily available from FTFmotorsports.com, and doesn't have fitment issues.
Hope this was the kind of info you're looking for

durr, I meant to state that in the above post, I'm assuming that your RX7 pump is the same size as the talon pump, since you bought it as a replacement.

Thank you for the reply. I guess I'll just sell the Rx-7 pump.
