Do you guys keep the harness on the ECU when shipping it to JWT, or you pull out all the wires?

You need a 10mm socket to remove the harness from the ECU. It also has two or four phillips head screws that you have to remove that are attached to two side brackets. Be sure to wrap it up with bubble wrap and pack it tightly.
Also, be prepared to wait at least two months! It's been a month for me and counting.

Rob, what program are you going to be running? I called and they told me 6-10 days turn around to get the bluebird/avenir program done.

I'm having the ECU reprogrammed for the Z32 MAF and 72lb. injectors. Ben told me straight up that it would take at least 6-8 weeks before he touches my ECU! I expect another 5 weeks before I get it back, but it's no particular rush on myy behalf.
I guarantee you that it's going to take at least 3-4 weeks before you get your unit back.

Thats what I had been hearing, that they were backed up. Thats cool, I have a lot of work to do before I can just go ahead and throw the ECU in and drive it in 100% working condition. Still have to swap the new motor in, do exhaust work, etc :/

Ordered a ECU yesterday. They told me 20 days. VE program, 8000rpm redline, resistor for rear O2 sensor.

FYI,
I ordered my ECU about 5 weeks ago. 72# injectors with the daughter board for water injection.
Still no word yet...... I was planning on 4-6 weeks from the start.

I guess it is all about who you know.

I have never had to wait more than week from the day I ship it to get a ecu back. I normally ship it ups next day air. I am on the same coast. And I deal only with Chris at SR20Development.

He has JWT ecu's in stock.

Let him know who sent ya ;)

Honestly - though I've never bought anything - I haven't been thrilled with sr20dev. I called a year ago to inquire about a GA to SR harness - no one ever got back to me with a price, I called and called and emailed. nothing. Then I had my 95+ JWT ecu and thought I was going to turbo my NX, so someone suggested emailing them to ask if they would trade straight up for a 91-94 ecu - I did, and I called..... I got an email 3 months later after I had sold it.....

Anyways just my experience.
