So I just received my SSAC header off ebay. Just trying to figure out what exactly to port?? haha. Not only a 2.5inch secondary, but also matches perfectly to VE gasket.

fresh out of the box $142. All welds ported smooth. I really cant complain about one single thing. Those damn china men sure do work for nothing.

If it matches the ve gasket, then there's no need to port.

are the primaries the same size or are they a new size too? I have the old version with the smaller secondary but i would think the primaries are the same size.

Looking at the box in the pic its from XS power. Hmmm, Maybe we can go through XS power for a GB.

XS power and SSAC are the same company. After placing an order you are advised to email SSAC for questions. I believe XS power is just a name for there retail front.

I can confirm that they are one and the same. Don't hold your breath waiting for answers.
I have the old one and I had a DE gsaket, and all I did was cut the holes on the bottom of the gasket. The only other thing I did was hold it up high while tightening it down. Done.
Can you post more pics particularly other angles of the secondary merge?

man wtf.... 2.5'' secondary already? I thought people are still waiting for it to come out!

EDIT: So is that how the headers are going to be like from now on? Or do you think maybe they just shipped you a prototype?

Shawn, can you post part numbers for the header and downpipe.

This I would assume, will allow VE owners to get the exact header and downpipe we are looking for.

notice the FATNESS of the secondary, it is HUGE compared to older models.

is this the same seller you got it from and do you have to ask that you want the 2.5 in. secondary or it was just sent as is? Does not have measurements on the site.

That looks good. Only problem with SSAC is the quality of the stainless isn't always that good. This is how mine went after only a fe months.... :(

Anyway, is thatthe standard DE header they do, or is it one specifically made for the VE...?
