madmoney 04-23-2002, 08:15 PM i want to pull the head off my nx to have it port, polished and a 5 angle valve job done on it. i have taken all the bolts on each manifold off but niether will move what do i need to do. and what do i need to do about the timing and such any procautions? and will JUN titaniam vavles fit if i get the vavle job done? Thanks David Subculture 04-24-2002, 12:18 PM Are you sure that you remove ALL of the bolts? Also, there are several brackets that need to removed from the intake manifold before it can be removed. RacerX 04-24-2002, 03:46 PM there is a bracket holding the intake manifold that goes thru one of the bolts holding the throttle body......as for the exh manifold make sure its free completely and then undo some of the hangers near the cat to help with the range of motion to move it out of the way...... | ||
