I just checked out the Active Tuning website and it shows that they will have the RSTB available again for shipment in a few weeks. Here's the note from their website:
NOTE: We are currently in the final stages of production on our new batch of bars. We expect to begin shipping out a week or so after 9/15
I emailed them as well just to make sure and they confirmed it. I know people have been looking for these bars and figured I'd let the forum know.

I guess this may be old news. Just ran across an older post saying they were making them again and of a possible group buy. I just got too excited I guess.

They have always been available... just not in stock.... ;)
