Hey everyone, I am new to the forum, Even though I own a 98 Nissan Sentra 1.6 (ga16de) I came here to ask my questions and get some honest opinions!!
I was thinking about major performance increase for my car, two things popped in my head, to go with 1.6 HS turbo kit or do a Bluebird/Avenir SR20DET which SET-UP, you guys think is best bang for the money spent!! Because the HS turbo kit is going to probably put at 200hp when doing the swap I can probably get up to 230hp!! ALSO considering the COST for both. The turbo $2k but the SWAP $? ANY suggestion will
Do and I was told from the B15SENTRA forum that IF I was to POST about the SWAP, can someone get me a DEAL for the bluebird? HAS anyone done a swap in the CHICAGO area?? DROP me an e-mail!!!!

the turbo kit is actually gonna be $3200, but if you get in with me it will be $2700.

Sorry, not just that site. I was trying to do you a favor!

My point is if you want to know, go do your homework, learn about what all is involved in a swap, and then price it out yourself.
I asked stupid questions at one point.. we all do.. all of us.

And somewhere someone stepped in and told me to quit being lazy and to find it myself. I did, and it was very rewarding!

If you want to learn, catch me on AIM sometime and I will answer your questions. I'm not trying to be an asshole, I am just trying to elevate your understanding of what you are asking about.

edit: search the forums and past threads, I promise you no less than a week ago someone asked the same question in the same form as you did. Search the forums, there is alot of information here. Also, the link above is bad.. goto www.se-r.net and the second link under "Got a question?" (located in the bottom right hand corner of the white box) is a link that says "search the ser mailing list archives" It takes a few tries to get what you need, but if you really want to know then you will find it. FWIW sorry if I offended you, but after you are around here for a while you get pretty tired of the same stupid questions over and over and over and...
