I know for sure you can get the Samco bends (just like they used on that GTi-R page) from Forge Motorsport in England. It will probably take 3 weeks at the minimum. I estimated the very same project once, and it came out to about $300 worth of silicone. YMMV.

Hit up www.forgemotorsport.co.uk to see the hoses they have (they also have a kit for a GTi-R, btw).

You can also try Road Race Engineering. IIRC, they have silicone bends. Not sure, though.

And lastly...hit up www.bakerprecision.com for some bends as well.

I'm not sure. Probably just British slang for radiator clamps, I would imagine. Just a wild-assed guess, though.

I front mounted my intercooler just like this. It is the pulsar big assed intercooler and just barely fits in the front of my classic. You will have to cut a shit load of stuff up for it to fit though so be prepared!
I used 2.25od mandrel pipe bends for the compressor side and 2.50od for the intake side. I purchased the bends from jc whittney and coupled it together with silicon hose from road race engineering on the compressor side then regular radiator hose on the intake side.
I would highly reccommend mounting the left side equal to the right side though in the middle position! It make it easy to mount fog lights/better air flow into your engine and you can't see the pipe! Hell i would even sell you my complete sysetem just so i could redo it!
