I know this has probably been posted before, but how the heck do you get into the heater box to change out the blower resistor? Any help would be appreciated.

on the 91-94 sentra the resistor is under the dash on the passenger side of the car 3 screws and about 5 min! I hope that helps.

Yep, same problem I have had. I tried to find the resistor yesterday and I guess I was just looking in the wrong place under there. I'll take out the glove box and check it out. Thanks!

i changed mine years ago (see if i remember..right), on the classic, you can reach the resistor from underneath the glovebox/dash assembly on the passenger upper right floor/footwell, whatever you call that area:D

you dont need to remove your glovve box to get at the resistor. you can access it from underneath. like stated before 3 screws. and i think its 2 on 95+ sentra's

You were right. I was able to get to it without removing the glove box. Had to use a flashlight to be able to see anything, though. Thanks again guys!

before you put the new one in make sure the part #'s match and if they dont have no #'s plug it in and check the settings on 1,2,3,and 4 make sure they work corect meaning 3 isnt weaker than 2 and vice versa

ive had that happen at times when i did that to customer cars.

I already changed it and everything works fine now! 1 is lowest and 4 is highest just as it should be! It was easy, just 2 screws. It was apparently right under my nose when i looked for it the first time.
