What are they defining as "race cars" though, because Tarzan usually runs something that is stripped/caged and has plates on it is the only legal form of street use. I doubt your SE-R is any worse off than what most others are going to be using.

I'll read it better first though to see what they intentionally spell out. From what I understand basically if it has plates/tags and registration you are good to go.
