Thanks to Greg - AKA - SERprise in WV, I am now the proud owner of a Pacesetter Header.
Hey Greg check out my sig now! :D :D :D :D :D :D
Oh and where were the washers for the other spring compression fitting? Just kiddin' I had some sitting around.
Well here is the quick and dirty.
The install went OK.
The good:
- It is installed
- It looks good (pics to come)
- I did it myself
The bad:
- Fukn' EGR tube was a bitch to get threaded into the PS header
- EGR leaks slightly because its not completely tightened due to incorrect wrench. Will fix this tomorrow
- CAT bolt came out with the stud. Still using the stripped stud. Seems ok. BUT, need to replace with bolt and nut when time permits.
- My hands are sore as hell!
- Only drove it for about 10 mins before I came home to settle in for the night, put my kid to sleep and sepnd time with my wife.
Actually did feel a little better low end response. That is about it since I didn't get on it enough for top end feel.
Pics to come soon!
