Hoping someone can help/advise me. I have a Nissan 100NX which I recently done an engine swap on to a Primera SR20DE engine. Its running really well, and has only done about 64k miles. But i want a turbo, is it relativley straight forward to put a turbo on the DE engine. I've found a kit which includes:

SUPER SERIES 50 TURBO , STAINLESS MANIFOLD , BOV, 38MM WASTEGATE ACCESSORY KIT, VBAND CLAMPS, (2) STARTER DOWNPIPES , AND FMIC and all the oil/waters pipes etc.

Is there anything else i'd need to do this, I read somewhere about injectors and possibly fuel pump. Will the std ecu run it, or will I need to change ECU's

Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated

ur gonna need some bigger injectors depending on how much power u wanna lay down but 550cc inj sound good for ur case. u need a fuel pump, get a walbro 255. ull also need a fuel pressure regulator and a fuel pressure gauge. the tune will be very important. here we use jwt, but were your from i dont know whats avaliable. ull also need a maf that can read higher like a z32 (300zx) maf.

A super series 50 turbo I think it's a biggy turbo, a primera engine if I recall it's a 10.5:1 CR engine, I've read of turboed primera's but they need a very super fine tune, my recomendation is for you to search, probably you don'y even know the specs of your engine, witch you'll need in order to obtain the best of a turboed engine. About ecu and injectors you def need to search about otrher similar aplication like yours, but yes, you'll need some engine fuel management, fuel pump and injectors, all depend of you goals, do you know how much power you want?

like everything they said. also an sc50 isn't too big like the sc61 but i wouldnt put that turbo on a 10.5-1 sr20 thats for sure.

10.5:1? wait a second... that doesn't sound right.

what year primera motor is it from please... and was it a GT? cause it depends.

Don't forget a clutch, injectors, ecu, something to tune with would be nice and a wideband would be nice as well.....Research man, this has been covered a bagillion times

2 starter downpipes?!

maybe one is a DP and one is for the WG
