Just curious, I am putting a new/used trans in my B13. The inside of the case is covered with a thick layer of clutch material. What should I use to clean it? If I use water, won't that get past the seals inside the case?

Brake Cleaner.

Thanks, that was my first instinct, just wanted to see what others recommended. Not too worried about brake cleaner on the seal since, I've got a new one to replace it.
