My question is about smoke. My car diddnt use to smoke befor I put the intake and headers on. It smokes pure white smoke when I start it up and when it idles and you can see smock comeing out the exhaust. It smells like pure gas. I put some penz fuel injecter cleaner in the gas the other day (same day as I put the intake and headers on) and it has been doing this since. A si got behind the other day and we where racing throught curvy roads and he pulls me over to tell me that it was hard for him to kept up with me. I ask if my car smoked and he said yeah it does when you are at high rpms. What do you think is the problem? Thanks aaron

BTW: The car runs good and it doesnt use any oil.

do you think that 1991 SE-R also includes NX's? Also whenever I race someone the ysay there is smoke coming out of my exhasut at high RPM's but they say it is dark smoke. I think this is typical since out cars run very very rich especially at high RPM's

That applies to all the SR powered cars. But, some light black smoke at high RPM is normal (like yours). But, his is smoking most of the time...

Well, i used all the gas and filled up and now the Doenst Smoke at all. i think it made it run to rich. Thanks anyways Aaron

what if the injectors are removed and profesionally cleaned? would they be ok then?

I dont think so because the problem is that it corrods them.

I not really going to worry with it cause if they go then I will just put bigger ones in :)
