Oh man I remember this car it was posted somewhere else right I think it was craigslist? A friend emailed me this link before I had the funds then but wasnt looking.
As I can remember you couldnt or didnt get it started up am I right?

what's up with this thing ... is it in running condition. I know you said the brakes were no good. but from the point it stands how much would it take to get where it needs to be?

If the brakes were fixxed you could drive it but not having an exhaust & battery might present a problem.
Its going to take a little time, time i just dont have during the school year.
